What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

Our Mission is to Prepare our members for LIFE. You may be fighting fires, coming home from overseas tour in the armed forces, preparing for a sport season, looking to lose weight and get healthy, CrossFit Franklin Lks will help you achieve your goals. CrossFit Franklin Lakes is for everyone. From novice to seasoned athlete, young or old, fit or unfit, we make it our goal that you receive the best coaching available. We can modify our work outs to fit any condition or injury you may have. We will give you 100% and ask that you give us 100% effort every time.

We know you are curious so here is what to do next…
1. Join us for our FREE 1 hour intro class. All are welcome, no matter your experience or fitness level. This will give us a baseline assessment of your capabilities and what we must improve. To schedule your FREE class, email us at Wilsondd@mac.com or call 973-943-7988.
2. Once you have decided that you want to join us, we require you to participate in our On-ramp course. This will give you an opportunity to learn the different movements as well as familiarize yourself with the program.
3. Once you complete the On-ramp course you are ready to join any of our classes that work into your schedule. No need to worry about your fitness level as each workout will be customized based on your abilities.
Membership Rates
Drop-in (Single Class): $25
Unlimited (month-to-month): $150 per month
What do I get? Here at CrossFit Franklin Lakes, we have a local community within our four walls. Our coaches are committed to the success of each and every client and expect the same level of dedication in return. Our trained staff will program your workouts, assist you in the scaling process, teach and correct movements daily, and offer nutritional advice, if desired. Our coaches will guide, inspire, and motivate you through your workouts every time you walk through the door. We firmly believe that our membership rates can not be compared to typical gyms which charge you a flat rate to come in and use (or not use) their equipment or to typical private training rates as you are essentially getting our services for a fraction of the cost. Based on your membership choice, our sessions can run anywhere from $6.25 to $11.50 per session. So now that you know it will cost almost as much as lunch…what are you waiting for?
